ITEM OF INFORMATION REQUIRING ACTION

I. Consideration of the initiation of the process of considering — Mrs. Adams cancellation of the contract of Dr. H. Douglas Williams

Ind. Code 20-26-4-3[c.] and Board By-law 165.3

As you can see, the topic of discussion will be the cancellation of Dr. William’s contract with the district. Did the investigation finally find something? I doubt it, but we’ll see.

I don’t guess I should find it shocking or odd, but does anyone else question the start time of the meeting being at 4:30pm? What time do you get off of work? Oh really? 5:00pm. Given the board’s history of not allowing public comment and not hosting the meeting in the large and spacious Southport auditorium, this should really come as no surprise to anyone.

I encourage you though to pull some strings and or favors and see if you can leave an hour early from work and be sure and make this meeting. PTEC needs to be jam packed with people that want to know exactly what the reason and cause is for termination of Dr. William’s contract. This is what it’s all been leading up to right? All the lawyers, the money, the accusations, it’s all for this right?
