What Horrible Things?

The first comment on the IndyStar article was from Adam and he had this to say:

Let me be one to say congratulations to the school board. If this community knew of all of the horrible things that the superintendant has done and would have continued to do, they would not be so apt to support him in his endeavors. I find it ironic that the teachers that criticize Dr. Williams behind closed doors are out there cheering him on in public.

My response was:

You’re right, if the community did know we might change our minds. Instead, decisions are made outside of proper protocol and specific accusations are not made public.

I encourage anyone that knows of the specific details and charges to share them with me and the rest of the public at www.wesupportwilliams.com

Anyone that has details of these horrible things, please contact me or add comments to this post. I’d also really like to hear the teachers that supposedly are criticizing Dr. Williams behind closed doors. I will tell you this, I’m not a big fan of anonymous posts, if you don’t have the spine to say something to someone’s face, just be careful what you say.

Here are a few of the “horrible things” - Nancy Walsh, Board Vice President, charged, “He (Williams)has chosen bullying, criticism, intimidation.” Vice President Nancy Walsh claims Williams refused to provide financial information board members asked for. “What does this represent when the school board cannot get basic answers to simple questions of the spending of taxpayer dollars?” she asked.

These are vague accusations and not worthy of Williams’ dismissal and upheaval and division of our township.

Why are there only 4 people that have noticed this. Surely if more have seen this, our township would have been rife with whispers and rumors of misconduct. I keep my ear tuned for such information as my kids are in school here. In my 13 years as a parent in the Perry Township schools, I have seen nothing but Williams care and concern for our children. I have heard no one with anything negative to say about him. If this wasn’t the case, this has been one of the best kept secrets. And you know what they say about secrets - two people can keep a secret as long as one of them is dead.

    Another bullying tactic…nice.
